The Projek Belia Kelas Pertama, held from 27th to 28th July 2024, at Bandar Utama, successfully brought together a select group of sixth form students for an enriching two-day workshop aimed at cultivating the next generation of leaders. Organized in partnership with Malaysia Berdaya, Rakyat Sejahtera Selangor, and MYADP, this initiative provided participants with a platform to deepen their understanding of international relations, global issues, and diplomacy, all while developing key skills like public speaking, negotiation, and research.
Through a series of simulations, interactive sessions, and expert-led discussions, students were exposed to real-world diplomatic scenarios, allowing them to gain practical insights into the complexities of international governance. The program emphasized the importance of teamwork, cultural awareness, and leadership, empowering young Malaysians to envision careers in international diplomacy and public service. Beyond skill-building, the project also fostered networking opportunities, encouraging students to engage with their peers and professionals in the field.
Projek Belia Kelas Pertama aligns with UNAM’s goals of promoting national parliamentary literacy, social responsibility, and community well-being, aiming to produce well-rounded individuals equipped to tackle global challenges.
